Download the registration form by clicking on the link below.  Have each player fill one out.  Coaches can collect them and bring all of them to the mandatory coaches meeting on September 30th.  Have each player pay by the paypal link below or write a check to the HWFFL to be turned in with the registration forms.  NO CASH PLEASE.
